The victims\u2014identified as Babulal Oraon (50), his wife Sita Devi (45), their children Manjit Kumar (25) and Rani Devi (22), and elderly relative Kanto Devi (70)\u2014were dragged out of their home, brutally assaulted, and later set on fire using diesel. Their charred bodies were discovered near a pond, hidden under water hyacinth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A teenage boy from the family, Sonu, managed to escape the attack and later informed relatives and authorities. His statement has become crucial to the ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed, and a massive manhunt is underway. Police have so far arrested three individuals, one of whom confessed to using diesel to burn the victims.
