The two nuns, Preethi Merry and Vandana Francis, along with Sukaman Mandavi, were arrested on July 25 at the Durg railway station. The arrest followed a complaint by a local Bajrang Dal functionary, who alleged that the trio was forcibly converting three tribal girls from Narayanpur district and trafficking them.
