This action comes after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi&#8217;s recent public statements accusing the ECI of widespread vote theft and the existence of bogus voters, claims for which the ECI had asked him to submit an affidavit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><br>According to a statement released by the HJP, the party has submitted a complaint with evidence to the ECI regarding a voter named Gurkirat Singh Dang from Karnataka. The HJP claims that Dang possesses four voter ID cards, registered in both the Bangalore Central (25) parliamentary constituency and the Mahadevapura (174) assembly constituency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><br>The HJP Leader Raghul Gandhi RGK complaint states that if it is confirmed that Gurkirat Singh Dang voted using these four different ID cards in the 2024 parliamentary elections and the 2023 Karnataka state assembly elections, he should face severe legal consequences.
