The research was a comprehensive study on the career success of professionals in the higher education sector across the Nilgiris district, which was analyzed based on Dr. Ghazzali’s self-developed PRP (Personal, Relational, Professional) factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second doctorate follows his internationally recognized qualification: a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the prestigious Swiss School of Business Management in Geneva.
