The report found that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The UN stated that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n “A minimum of 702 civilian deaths” were verified during the reporting period.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n The report further noted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Air strikes remained the single largest cause of destruction and suffering.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n According to the findings, aerial attacks accounted for approximately 57% of all verified civilian deaths<\/strong> during the period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Myanmar has been engulfed in conflict since the military, known as the Tatmadaw, seized power in a coup in February 2021.
