THALOOR ,Tamilnadu: Nilgiri College’s Physical Education Department successfully organized its annual Mud Football tournament on Friday, July 18, 2025. The event, a much-anticipated fixture in the college calendar, was inaugurated by Managing Director Dr. Rasheed Ghazali.
The tournament, known for providing students with a unique and memorable experience, saw enthusiastic participation and attendance from the entire student body.
Principal Dr. Balashanmugha Devi, Head of the Physical Education Department Dr. Saril Varghese, and Radhika H. Santhosh spearheaded the organization of the event.
College authorities highlighted that the Mud Football competition serves as an excellent opportunity for students’ mental and physical rejuvenation, fostering camaraderie and a spirit of healthy competition.
The results of the thrilling Mud Football and accompanying Handball tournaments, held as part of the Monsoon Fest, are as follows:
