PULWAMA, JAMMU AND KASHMIR: In a powerful show of national unity and patriotic spirit, hundreds of students and local residents participated in a large-scale “Tiranga” (Tricolor) rally in Pulwama, South Kashmir. The event, organized by the district administration, was a key part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, which aims to encourage citizens to hoist the national flag and celebrate India’s Independence Day with a sense of collective pride.

The rally drew an enthusiastic crowd from all segments of the community, including students, teachers, elderly citizens, and members of civil society. Participants marched through the main streets of Pulwama, waving the Indian tricolor and loudly chanting slogans of national unity.
The procession began at the local Sports Stadium and concluded at the Government Degree College for Women.

The culmination of the rally was marked by a poignant ceremony where participants paid a heartfelt tribute to the “bravehearts and martyrs” of the nation who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
