Thalur: Dr. Rashid Ghazzali, a distinguished educational figure and the Managing Director and Secretary of Nilgiri College, has been conferred with a rare academic honour, successfully completing a double doctorate.
His latest doctorate was awarded by Bharathiar University, from the Department of Extension & Career Guidance. The research was a comprehensive study on the career success of professionals in the higher education sector across the Nilgiris district, which was analyzed based on Dr. Ghazzali’s self-developed PRP (Personal, Relational, Professional) factors.
The second doctorate follows his internationally recognized qualification: a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the prestigious Swiss School of Business Management in Geneva.
Dr. Ghazzali, who is also widely known as an accomplished orator, international trainer, and educational entrepreneur, holds several key institutional positions:
- He serves as the Executive Director of the Sign Institute of Social Leadership, based in Koolivayal.
- He is the Joint Secretary of the Wayanad Muslim Yatheemkhana (Orphanage).
His professional achievements have been consistently recognized, including his appointment by the Tamil Nadu Government as a Syndicate Member of Bharathiar University. Furthermore, Dr. Ghazzali has been featured in Silicon India’s list of the Top 10 Trainers and Dhanam Magazine’s list of Change Makers.
