NEW DELHI, India – On the solemn occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of Army Staff, provided a comprehensive overview of the Indian Army’s readiness, transformative changes, and the decisive response delivered to Pakistan during the Kargil conflict.
